Options

Which drying route should you choose?

Kiln-only — fastest

For urgent orders: straight into the kiln from sawn, monitored throughout.

Air-then-kiln — most stable

Our standard for joinery and furniture timber: air-drying first, then a finishing kiln charge.

Fast commercial — 3–8 days

High-temperature schedule for construction grades where speed matters.

Our promise

We do not rush the kiln

Every charge is monitored from loading to final moisture check. Short-cycle drying causes case-hardening and movement in service — we do not do it.

FAQ

Drying questions, answered

Full 40ft containers are standard; mixed loads across species are welcome. Smaller trial orders can be discussed.

Yes — importers on monthly or quarterly programmes get priority kiln allocation. Tell us your volumes and we will reserve capacity.

Our mahogany and pine come from managed plantation estates, and processing is done in Fiji. We supply the species, harvest location and legality documentation your market requires.

Heat treatment and fumigation to ISPM 15 are standard for export packing; H3 preservative treatment is available for pine products.
